I’m Carly, and I believe in doing HR in the service of performance. After nearly two decades in global People & Culture leadership, I’ve seen firsthand that companies don’t need more HR - they need better, simpler, faster and more commercial HR. The right kind of HR. That’s why I founded The H Way.

I’m not your traditional HR leader. I operate like a commercial executive who just happens to specialise in people. I don’t sit on the sidelines; I roll up my sleeves and partner deeply with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams to turn strategy into execution.
